OT4Kids is located at 1125 North Patrick Henry Drive in Arlington [Yahoo Maps] [Google Maps] at the intersection of Patrick Henry and Washington Boulevard. Our clinic is inside the Levine School of Music at Westover Baptist Church.
From 66 & 495 (Tysons Corner area)
Take I-66 East past 495.
Exit #69 for Washington Blvd
Go straight at the first light to merge onto Washington Blvd
Continue for __ miles
Turn right on North Patrick Henry
Westover Baptist Church is on your left
From Rt. 1 & 395 (North Arlington area)
Take 395 South past Route 1
Exit #__ (Washington Blvd/VA-27), follow signs for ?
Turn onto 50 West and continue for ?? miles
Turn right on George Mason Drive
Turn left on Washington Blvd
Turn left on North Patrick Henry
Westover Baptist Church is on your left
From 395, 495, & 95 (Springfield Interchange)
Take 395 North towards Washington
Exit # 8A for Washington Blvd/VA-27
Follow signs for Washington Blvd
Exit to the right for 50 West and continue for ?? miles
Turn right on George Mason Drive
Turn left on Washington Blvd
Turn left on North Patrick Henry
Westover Baptist Church is on your left
Parking and Finding the Clinic:
When turning onto N. Patrick Henry, the church will be on your left.
Park in the first parking lot on the left just past the church building.
From the parking lot, walk towards the church office (the church office faces N. Patrick Henry).
Continue past the church office to the double doors marked "Levine School of Music"
Go inside these double doors and go up the staircase one level to a hallway upstairs
OT 4 Kids is at the far left end of the hallway, marked with a sign on the door.
