at the intersection of Patrick Henry and Washington Boulevard. Our clinic is located across Patrick Henry Dr. from Swanson Middle School, inside the Westover Baptist Church.
Parking and Finding the Clinic:
When turning onto N. Patrick Henry from Washington Blvd, the church will be on your left. You can park on either side of the street where the signs designate parking. You can also park in the first parking lot on the left just past the church building.
From the parking lot or the street, walk towards the church office (the church office faces N. Patrick Henry Dr.). Follow the sidewalk to the left of the church office door to the white double doors. You should also see a sign for "Levine School of Music" next to the door.
Go in the double doors and go up the staircase one level. Turn left down the hallway OT 4 Kids is at the end of the hall.
